1. Who this policy covers

This policy is issued by Awase Homes LLC and covers all of its brands and trade names listed at awasehomes.com/brands (together, "Awase Homes," "we"). Those brands are one legal entity — information you give any Awase Homes brand is held by Awase Homes LLC.

2. What we collect, and why

When you request a quote or contact us we collect: identifiers (name, phone, email, address), home details you choose to share (e.g., average utility bill, homeowner status), and technical data (IP address, form and consent records). We use this information to:

provide quotes, schedule appointments, and deliver the services you asked about;
market the products and services of any Awase Homes brand to you, where you have consented (see Marketing Choices);
keep records of your consent and communication preferences; and
comply with law and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

Within Awase Homes: all brands are the same company; no third-party sharing occurs when your information is used across our brands.
Licensed fulfillment partners: if you request a service performed by a licensed contractor partner (for example, solar installation), we share your lead details with that partner so they can serve you.
Awase LLC (awase.dev): our affiliated AI-software company is a separate business with its own websites, terms and consent. We do not share your personal information with Awase LLC for its marketing. Awase LLC contacts you only if you separately opt in on its own sites.
Service providers: CRM, messaging, and analytics vendors acting on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Marketing choices & opting out

Reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or email dev@awase.dev — an opt-out is honored across every Awase Homes brand within ten (10) business days, and we maintain one suppression list for the whole family. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.

5. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request to know, delete, or correct their personal information, and to opt out of the sharing described in Section 3 (including sharing with Awase LLC), without discrimination. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required. Submit requests to dev@awase.dev (subject "Privacy Request") or call +1 559-371-8855. We verify requests using the contact details on file and respond within the time required by law. Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity — for the purposes in Section 2. Consent records are retained at least five (5) years.

6. Security, children, changes

We use commercially reasonable safeguards; no system is 100% secure. Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date.
