1. Who we are

This website and the services offered on it are operated by Awase Homes LLC, a California limited liability company, together with each of its brands and registered trade names — including Sol by Awase Homes and the other brands listed at awasehomes.com/brands (collectively, "Awase Homes," "we," "us," or "our"). Each brand listed on our brands page is a trade name of Awase Homes LLC, and references to Awase Homes in these Terms and in any consent you give include all of those brands, including brands we add in the future and list on that page.

Awase LLC (awase.dev), our affiliated AI-software company, is a separate legal entity and communicates with you only under its own terms and your separate consent to it.

If you opt in on one of our forms, or otherwise provide prior express written consent, Awase Homes may contact you about products, services, quotes, offers and appointments across our family of brands at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed calls and text messages (SMS/MMS), emails, and prerecorded or AI-generated voice calls — even if your number appears on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. An opt-out request is honored across all Awase Homes brands within ten (10) business days.

3. Quotes and licensed work

Quotes provided through this site are estimates and are not binding offers. Home-improvement work requiring a California contractor license is sold and performed by, or in partnership with, appropriately licensed contractors; the licensed contractor's name and license number appear on every proposal and home-improvement contract. Savings vary; rates and eligibility depend on utility territory, usage and credit approval.

4. Acceptable use; intellectual property

You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information. All content, branding, films and design on this site — including the Awase 合 mark — are the property of Awase Homes LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awase Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.

6. Governing law; changes
